The deadline has now passed for teams to choose their team theme songs, and we've got some classics. After our VIP survivors have walked the first lap of the track, the teams get to take their turn. Along with their banner mentioned in the last post, each team has a team theme song, chosen by the team captain. They'll be welcomed on to the track to the sound of their own chosen tune, and will set off around the track for their very first lap.
Half way around, the team will pose for their official group photograph - so make sure all your team members are on the track for that opening lap.
Once everyone has walked the first lap, we'll give you another big cheer, and then you'll be free to relay in ones, twos, fives or how ever many your team want to walk at one time.
