If you want to join a particular team at Relay For Life Stockport 2014, you don't have to go through all the trouble of finding the link from the Cancer Research UK website as we've added them all here - just click on 'Get Involved' at the top of the page and then scroll down until you see the name of the team you want to join and click on it.
Some team captains may have added a password for their team - if this is the case then you'll need to get that from them before you can join the team.
