Collect any resources you might need for your fundraising - we've got plenty of the 20p tubes to fill, sweepstake games, Candle of Hope bags and raffle tickets.
If you have any decorated Candle Bags we'd really appreciate it if you could drop them in tonight, as I'm sure you can appreciate we need to fill them with sand and candles and need to do as many of those in advance of the big day.
Money - please bring along any fundraising you have so far so that we can bank it before Relay. Again, the more we can get done before the Relay the more likely we are to be able to cope on the day!
Raffle ticket stubs - if you've sold tickets bring along the stubs and monies. If you want to return unsold tickets you can do (or you're welcome to keep them for the rest of the week and keep trying to sell them!)
Team songs - I'm still waiting for team songs from the Scientists team, Shirley's Angels, BFF, Cheerful Chummies and Bob and Mathieson Mavericks. Can you please send those though today so I can find the music and put them on the list - otherwise we won't be able to be play your song and you won't be part of the team song challenge!
