Our 2014/15 fundraising year has now officially begun! The Cancer Research UK Relay For Life website is up and running and you can all now register your teams!
If you are ready to register your team for our 10th anniversary Relay, then follow the link on our comment. If you have not been involved with Relay before, or you have not decided whether to take part again this year, then come along to our team meeting on Monday 24th November.
The meeting will be held at Cheadle Cricket Club, Kingsway, Cheadle, Stockport, SK8 1LA.
The meeting will be open from 7:30pm, and will be starting at 8pm. Come along for all of the following:
- Talks from your Relay for Life Stockport committee, introducing Relay and what it is all about
- Talks from our Cancer Research UK Local Fundraising Manager and one of the Manchester cancer nurses
- Information on our new event location, Cheadle Cricket Club and Kingsway School
- Information on the Cancer Research UK Manchester Institute, where all of the money raised by Relay Stockport will be going
- Certificates being given out to all teams who participated in this year's Relay
- Special fundraising packs, unique to Relay Stockport, to be given out to all teams registered for our 10th Anniversary Relay
- An opportunity to share all of your ideas with us
The meeting will be interactive and fun for all ages, so come along and bring your team members, friends, family and colleagues - anybody at all!
